Role & Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead, motivate and manage a sales team to achieve targets

Candidate Requirements:
✅ Graduation mandatory
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Sales
✅ Minimum 1 year of Team Handling / Leadership experience
✅ Banking / Financial Services experience preferred
✅ Strong communication, leadership & interpersonal skills
✅ Goal-oriented with a proven track record
